I wanted to create a 3D environment that would fit in the World of Warcraft universe. I came up with a concept of an observatory located on top of a hill in the Howling Fjord region. I figured it would fit since that region is covered in trees, surrounded by mountains, cliffs and the structures are similar to what I had in mind. The idea is of a lone astronomer who is self-efficient wanting to be alone with his work and the stars away from the conflict and worries of the outside world.
